Will 95 Yukon 4x4 discs fit?

My dad totaled his 95 Yukon a while back and i was wondering if i could use the parts off of it to convert my 69's front drums to discs. Anybody done this?

The front suspension changed quite a bit with the 88 body style. It might be possible to cobble something with the later parts, but you would be pretty much on your own. Most people use 73-87 parts or go with an aftermarket setup.
