Tyler's New Seats
I hope this is the right forum for this...
Anyway, I had to have some minor upholstery work done in my wife's Mustang the other day. Small shop in Jackson Ms. While waiting on her repairs I noticed the guy had a couple old sewing machines in the back. Obviously used them for his upholstery work. I told the guy that I had one of those sewing machines and needed to get rid of it. He and I worked up a deal so that I gave him the machine and he re-covered my sons seat for him. He also painted the sun visors black for me in the deal. Here's a pic of the new seat. Whatya think?

Looks great! We have a place here on the coast that is pretty good with upholstery, but that looks really good!

Looks real nice!
 Upholstery is the next craft I would like to learn how to do. I have been looking on my local craigslist for commercial sewing machines but yet have to find any that looks like it would be worth buying. |

That looks great! Upholstery is without a doubt one thing I can honestly say I will NEVER try and do.
