Re: Top Hold downs ?

The tops bolt down in the front corners through the visor brackets and there are two more brackets more centered on the windshield header. The single wall top should have chrome metal strips below the side glass and bolts go down though them and through the lip of the top into the threaded inserts in the bedwall. there are also two brackets that hold the top down near the tail gate.

If you don't have the bolts, you can use c-clamps as a temporary solution. If the top doesn't come with the chrome metal strips they can be very difficult to find. The visor brackets can be hard to find too since they are Blazer specific.

Re: Top Hold downs ?

I use the quick clamps for truck toppers. Work great and the six of them pull off in only a few minutes when I want to yank the top.
