Covered my Sons Oak Bed

Check out the new Tonneau Cover. Since my Son took his truck home to his Apartment we have been concerned about his Bed Wood getting wet constantly out here in Oregon so we decided to put a cover on it. The Cover only cost $350 and is really easy to install with no holes having to be drilled. Here is a few pictures of it.

Re: Covered my Sons Oak Bed

Looks great. I had a similar type on my 94' for a while and was impressed with how well it kept the weather out. It lasted for a couple of years before the stitching started coming undone. My only complaint was that I couldn't lock it up. Thanks for sharing.

Robertjust777 & RE1,

The company I got it from is called Advantage Truck Accessories and the cover is actually called a Torzatop. The website is www.advantagetruckaccessories.com if your interested in getting one. If you look close in one of the photos we took it doesn't seem to fit very good in the back and that is because we didn't have it adjusted properly at that time. I was really pleased with the ease of installation and the fit. The only thing I think I would do different next time is spend a little more money and get a hard plastic foldable cover instead of the vinyl one. If you go to the website take a look at the Hard Hat cover.

When you selected it, what year did you enter? Their web site selection only goes back to 1974. Maybe a better question would be what model number did you order?

DANTIP,
I actually had to call and talk to one of their people because I was having the same problem. Just go to their webside and phone them. The part number I have on mine is an ATA-030. They said this was only one of a few that would work for a 67-72 application. I think they have a hard plastic one that works and looks very similar to this on.

Nice work! I saw the truck on here while you were painting it, but never saw it since completion. It looks great!

Re: Covered my Sons Oak Bed

Resurrecting this thread. JRBECK, could you repost your pictures of the TorzaTop and perhaps recall any other part #'s? Which make and model was your top supposed to apply to? ATA-030 doesn't show up on Advantage Trucks website anymore.

Thanks!
