No mounting hardware with the hoops. I'd include it if I could find it, but that may take some time. Any idea what it looks like?

Ahh good call. I forgot to specify that they are painted. Good candidates for chroming if you wanted to go that route.

They are NOS in original primer with the punch card tag attached. They are a bit dusty and now looking at it, the picture isn't the best. They don't appear to be bent or dented from handling over the years.
