Thoughts on these wheels

I was looking around in CL for some wheels to replace my rallies. I found these but I am unsure what I think of them so want to hear some opinions.

They would be going on a 86 dark brown SWB. I think I have narrowed down my issue with them to the fake rivets. Never really thought they looked good on anything except the vette Z06 replicas.

Re: Thoughts on these wheels

they are flashy, the only thig I don't like is the 5lug on the 6 spoke, not sure wy, maybe a little ocd, that's basically why I'min the process of a 5 lug conversion, I found 5spokes for the 6 lug but it bugged me. if that isn't an issue for you, they look like a nice wheel and would probably suit the truck quite well

Re: Thoughts on these wheels

I had pretty much talked myself out of them. It seems we are all on the same page.

Coys, torque thrusts, or boss 338s are what I want but unless I break down and buy them somewhat soon (6 months or so) I will have to put tires of my rallies. Shelling out $500-600ish for 15" tires bothers me.

Re: Thoughts on these wheels

I had 22'' Helo rims on my '03 SS, and the split spoke designs were a major PITA to keep clean....On my '87 GMC, I went back to the nice classic look of the rally wheels.................

Thanks!---I bought that truck back in '05 with only 8k miles on it....I put alot of time/money in that truck, and unfortunately, it had to be sold last month....The stupid economy took a toll on me and my family over the last couple of years, and it came down to either selling our vehicles, or selling the house.....I cried like a little girl when I delivered it to the new owner...That truck was my baby, and I put my heart and soul into it.....Now, I'm starting all over with my '87 GMC SB...It can never compare to the SS, but at least it's paid for and keeps me busy again......
