coil spring

i know a lot of people dont like to do this but could some one tell me when u cut springs how much does a coil off lower the truck and how many can u cut
the truck is a 67 1/2 ton

one coil is good for 2" - 3" depending on the age and "droop" of the spring ... I would NOT cut more than one full coil off any spring.

Shane is correct. Note that there is nothing wrong with "cutting" a coil to lower your truck. What you do not want to do is "heat" the coil to lower it. Cutting=good, heating=bad, very bad idea...
