Wheels/tires ?????
Got a couple of questions...some have probably been asked (and answered) but here they are...
I'm workin' on a 68 step side factory everything (for now)... 1) What is the bolt pattern for the rear (I want to upgrade the front to disc with the same patter) 2) What offset, backspacing, One site I looked at even gave a "Bore" option (I assume thats to fit the hub???)? I'm wanting 17" (actually would rather 18's but availability and selection say otherwise)...Maybe a 245-??? on the front and 275-??? on the back. 3) What should those ???'s be on the tire sizes? I'm looking for an agressive stance nothing too crazy and not dropped at all.

Re: Wheels/tires ?????
If it's still 6-lug, the bolt pattern is 6x5.5". ECE can set you up with a 6-lug front disc conversion. Other companies like CPP and POL also sell them, but ECE's stuff is top notch.
As far as backspacing, you need to remember that 67-70 rearends are narrower than 71-72 rears, so you will need less backspacing on the rear tires. Here's my 68 stepper with a 3.5/5 drop, 17x8(4"bs) with 255/50/17 tires up front, 17x9.5(5.5"bs) and 275/55/17 tires on the rear. My truck has been converted to 5-lug with 72 front disc setup and a 72 rearend. As mentioned above, your reaend is more narrow, so you will need about a 4.5" bs on the rear wheels if going with 9.5 or 10" wide wheels
