Dash Lights
Hi, My brother-in-law has a bit newer trk than mine his is an '05 so I hope I'm not out of line asking my qusetion here. As I said his is an '05 chev and his dash light went out behind the fuel gage. He proceded to remove the panel to get at the light & found it's a circuit board & the lights don't seem to be replaceable. The dealer has told him $300-350 for a new panel or there is a place in NY the rebuilds them but he can't contact them till monday to get a price. Is there any alternative ro replacing the entire panel? If not what is, or where is the most inexpensive place to aquire one? Thanks in advance for any info.

Re: Dash Lights
ePay has them used all day.You can even add one with a transmission temperature gauge if you want. You can then take it to the dealer to be flashed to correct the mileage.

Re: Dash Lights
I know this is a old thread, but in case people search the history, Radio Shack carries the bulbs, part # 272-1154 for 2.19 ea. You must know how to solder well though.
