Re: How big of lift is this truck?

I'd say 8" as well. My 6" lift with 35's has the same clearance as that truck.

Here is a picture of my truck with a 6" and 35's. It's hard to say from the picture but it could be a 6".

Re: How big of lift is this truck?

Thats a 6 inch lift. Anymore and the drivlines MUST be extended. 6 is the absolute max and event hen you cant wheel it hard without some driveline issues.

Re: How big of lift is this truck?

My truck with a 6" and 36's do not have that much room from tire to fender. I would say it's an 8" lift, but the drive shaft thing is throwing me off a bit.

Re: How big of lift is this truck?

Why has no one asked him what size tire he is running? This will tell all.

Re: How big of lift is this truck?

Could be a 6" with some body lift.

Re: How big of lift is this truck?

Easiest and most accurate thing to do is get a measurement from the top of the axle tube up to the frame rail right above it, front or back. Then get some of these guys with the same truck and a known amount of lift to do the same and compare the numbers. Big block/small block/diesel/1500/2500 should all be kept "apples-to-apples" as well. Tire size doesn't play a factor doing it this way.
