Questions about option codes - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a few questions about the build sheet sticker on my truck.

1). What exactly is 3D89BA (Paint Stripe)?
2). What is the code for 350 cu in?
(all I can read on mine is 3LS(?)DC)
3). What is the code for Power Steering?
(all I can read on mine is 3N4(?)T(?))
4). What exactly is 3E81AA (Pickup Box Floor)?
Does it mean wood or steel?

and finally,

5). Are front towhooks (3V76AA) hard to find? Mine are missing.

Heres some info for you,

Paint stripe was a double painted pinstripe that went where the upper trim would have gone.
"LS9" is the code for a 350
"N40" is power steering
"Pickup box floor" was a wood bed
As for the factory tow hooks, well lets just say they are very hard to find and quite expensive!!

This truck now belongs to BLAZERMAN and it has the factory paint stripe.

Thanks for the response! I guess if I want towhooks I either have to get lucky and find some or buy the chromed ones from GMC Paul's website.

The reason you don't have tow hooks IS BECAUSE THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE! They were probably taken off your truck before it was sold and someone sold the hooks on ebay for $150.
That about +/- what a factory set will run you.
I would go with aftermarket tow hooks.

I just submitted a couple to pics@67-72chevytrucks.com, but I am clueless as far as posting my own pics is concerned. I just got the first roll developed, there are a few good shots but you could tell the cameraman was too excited about the truck to take good pics
