84 chevy status and question on motor
Well posted some pics back in spring. Here are some latest pics of the motor being done. Just have some issues with is now. It will start and idle fine. Drive it and it starts to bog out, backfire and just shut off. Then once I get it started, it runs for maybe 15 seconds and just stops?? It idles fine and everything, new plugs/wires/cap/rotor/module/coil.....Ready to give up. Anyway here are the pics. If anyone has any info, let me know. Thanks

check the timing and check the carb with a vac. gauge so you can adjust the mixture or ditch the qudrajet, could be messing up.

Has anything been done to the carb recently? It may be time for a carb rebuild.
