Project Yipes
Well my new project was delivered today! I know you guys have seen this build on another thread but I am the lucky guy that gets to finish it Now I want to start by saying thank you to Marc for the awesome start! It is everything i expected it to be! Also... I want to let everyone know that my wife and I are expecting our first child in April! So as much as I would like to be able to tell you all that it won't be long till it's done... That's just not a reality with a baby on the way! I will get as much done as possible and update with pics as often as possible so that I won't leave people who followed the previous thread wondering what happened to the truck! Well that's it for now, and don't worry I won't be writing short stories every post!

Re: Project Yipes
Sweet. Looks so much different out in the open. Ive been looking at it from a 4-6 foot distance for three years. Nice stance. That 22 looks huge back there!
Congrats on the new baby...(on the way).

Re: Project Yipes
If it's not raining tomorrow we'll air it back up and push it out for more photos... We were helping a friend swap out his rusty longbed for a "spare" longbed we had laying around when the tow truck showed up today We had just a enough time to get a few pictures, drool, and get back to work before it started raining here!

Re: Project Yipes
I would not powder coat the frame Id either do it the same color as you plan on paining the truck or just find a nice black to put on it..

Re: Project Yipes
I wish I had some awesome updates to show you but unfortunately it's had to take a back burner for a little bit because my father-in-law died, then we had our 1st baby, then my wife lost her job... Yeah life has been crazy these last few months! But I can't help but count my blessings in the fact that we've got a beautiful healthy baby girl and an awesome truck parked in the garage!
I am actually going to start finish work on the frame in the next few weeks so hopefully I can get you some new photos of progress soon
