NOS seat foam for Blazer rear seat. I believe this will also work on a Suburban rear seat. Foam is in great shape, not dried out. The foam itself does not have a part # on it, but was wrapped in cardboard and marked #655328.

This is the lower seat cushion only, photos below show both sides of the foam.

$60. plus shipping within the US. Paypal or money order.
