If you have the "want to", that's 75% of the job.

Look at www.lmctruck.com website and find their catalog for these trucks. You should find their line drawings for the sheet metal and be able to see where the bolts and cushions are. There are bolts that hold the inner fender to the outer fenders. There are bolts that hold the outer fenders to the cab. There are bolts and cushions that mount the radiator support to the chassis. For the swap, you need the fenders (in/out), hood, grille, radiator support.

as far as I know the wiring is interchangeable just don't have the marker lights on the 67's, other than that it's different hood, grille, fenders, and rad support, 68-72 gmc's also are the same as the 68 chevy fenders

Swap the entire clip whole, keep your existing rad. support cushions and wiring. There is a how to on removing the clip in 1 pc.

Easy. Taking the front bumper off is probably the hardest part if it hasn't ever been off. (core support bolts second)
You can do it by yourself with a cherry picker, or have friend help you take it off and put it on.

Re: front end swap from 70 to 68 how hard is it?????

the mounts on the frame for the radiator supports are different. the 67-68 bushings are smaller diameter than the 69-72. i have never done this swap so, i have no idea if you can use the 69-72 bushings on the 68 radiator support. i just know for sure the frame mounts are different.
