Re: needing new rims

It might help if you post some pics of your choices. Scratch that, I just read the last part of your thread. Try uploading your pics to photobucket then copy the link and past on your thread.

Re: needing new rims

If you had an option for a different center cap on the cruzer , they would look good.

Re: needing new rims

Cruzer are way over priced. JDM wheels has a Halibrand wheel that look identical for half the price.

Re: needing new rims

Given the choices, I vote for the Vintage. But my personal favorite is still Cragar SS!

Everyone has different tastes and I'm not gonna make any other suggestions.
You asked which of those two we prefer -- my vote is for the Vintage.

that's a good price on those. I need to check backspacing and bolt patterns...

Re: needing new rims

I vote the V45's i like the way they look. I was thinking about the Rev wheels a while back because of the price, they have our 5x5 lug pattern and the 17x8's have 4.5" BS and the 17x9's have 5.25" BS. Good luck with the search. Another month or two and i'll be doing the same thing your doing now searching for wheels.

i don't know if the 4.5" backspacing for the fronts would be to much or not. i've been talking to a guy about the rev. wheels, and i can get the 17x9's in a 5" bs. But i still think that might be a 1/4" to much. Or do you guys think that will make that much of a difference? I don't want to run spacers...

Hello,

Please look at the following websites and let me know if you have interest in any wheel offered. I would offer you a nice package at your request.

Re: needing new rims

my one thing with any wheel Best to run the disc brake shields to keep the brake dust off of them cus we all know with are new car's and trucks that we use as beaters are rims take a heavy pounding and most of us hate cleaning those hard to reach area's in a wheel chrome works better if you use polish on them just and wash them every week
