Question Radiator Core support 3row/4row

Ok started working on the blazer.Found frt brake line was shot, went to replace and found removing inner fenders made this task easy.Well then the SNOW BALL went into effect. I bought a rad support ON line and when i got it it was a 3row I need a 4row.according to LMC in there catalog i need to make slight mods to make this work. The question i have is do the retainers for 3or4 row just clip in existing holes????the one i bought is tacked in.

Re: Radiator Core support 3row/4row

WHen I swaped mine from 3 to 4 I simply bought the 4core brackets from classicparts and the worked fine with my core support in my 72.

Re: Radiator Core support 3row/4row

were the 3 row lower supports snapped in or tacked in? and does the 4-row lower retainers bolt in or snapped in

Re: Radiator Core support 3row/4row

I'ts been several years...I remeber buying the longer brackets for the top and I can't recal exactly what the lower mounts needed...If I remember too I will look at it tonight and maybe that will jog my brain...

Re: Radiator Core support 3row/4row

mine were tacked in, just drill it out, then I bolted the new set in. Used a button head bolt and rounded out the rubber mount for clearance so the rubber mount would sit flat
