The ad has been changed, looks like this guy modifided the initial ad and remove the fleetside box that was as an extra. You can see the fleetside box sitting upsidedown in the back of the stepside in the first picture.

The fleetside box with trim is on ebay now, someone here as to want this trim package. There is no bids on it as of today.
