Motor swap wiring question
Hi guys have an odd question, I am swapping in a 350 out of a 79 c-10 to replace the 305 in my 85. If I take the engine wiring harness with the motor out of the 79 is it a plug and play deal with connecting it to the 85? Itss seems to simplistic and I must be missing something here.
Thanks for the help

Re: Motor swap wiring question
The 85 wiring harness has more emission stuff on it. You can bolt the 350 just like the 305. If you plan to ditch emissions and other options, it's easier to delete wiring from the 85 harness.
