how much should i expect to pay to have my drip rail and windshield frame cleaned, primed, and sealer applied? with no real rust issues.

A bodyshop will write an estimate on that for free, but expect it to cost plenty. You could use some of that money to buy tools and material to do it yourself.

So you know, primer won't adequately seal the steel from the elements and you can expect it to rust unless you paint also.

Id try to do this yourself?!

Wire brush and some kind of paint maybe the por 15?..

im fully capable of doing it my self, grew up around my pops shop, took 2 years of auto body at the local college, and i have the tools......its the time thing that i don't have.between my wife,kids and work, and house work im willing to just pay someone with experience. yes i could have my dad do the job but unfortunately hes currently incarcerated ......... guess i will just head into town for estimates?
