I Got This Radiator....

...with my original "pile of parts" for the '68/'71 build.

The original purchase was from a bunch of friends of 30 years, so I have no question what they said is true: It was in a '69 with no air and an auto trans. So, they must have been running a trans cooler.
Looks like they had an electric fan set up on it, too.

I was going to use it, since it's so nice, but when I tried to mock it up with large or small upper and lower rad hold down brackets, it became obvious that I'd have to alter my radiator core support or attach the top
in some different way. I was okay with that, too. But, then, because it's not plumbed for an auto trans, buying a trans cooler and cutting up the nice stock trans cooler lines seemed stupid, when ALL ()
I have to do is buy a radiator that fits the'71 core support and tighten down the cooler fittings.

The radiator is 31" across, 19" high and 2 1/4" thick. Anybody running one of these? What should I ask for it?

Finally, what would be a good radiator to buy when I'm running a mild 350. 350 trans. Later model (early 90's?) serpentine belt system. Vintage Air (if that matters...but I mentioned it because didn't want to run
a cooler, radiator *and* condenser all stuffed up there).

Thanks for any info or suggestions.
