1990 dually heat screen blank

My screen just went blank , fuse's all fine. Is there a part that others have had trouble with that causes this,

Sometime the connector loses connection with the control head. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. It is good practice to do this with the battery disconnected.

Did you give the model, year, engine, fuel system type, and transmission information?
