Need help deciphering NOS hood part numbers - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I just picked up an NOS hood on trade, but can't decipher the part numbers on the GM stickers. It is a 69 - 72 hood and the part numbers read: PANEL ASM 628660; 8884116 and 59-745288. I've tried GM Parts Direct and a few other random searches, to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

3990702 is the part number listed in the 46-72 10-20-30 series parts catalog.
