Question.....

Don't really know how much it has been lowered. The po added mono leafs and coils. Still has stock spindles, shackles and hangers. Any idea on the stance? 2/3 or 3/4?

Re: Question.....

Nice looking truck!

I'd guess 2/3. The tires look pretty normal size. Good looking stance for a driver.

Re: Question.....

A full-on side should would help to judge better. Your tires look like they're maybe 275/60s. Those tires are around 3/4" smaller diameter than stock. Your front fender gap is very similar to what I have on my Suburban with a 3" drop and stock size tires. I'm going to guess a 3/4 drop.

Re: Question.....

Thanks guys, I was thinking 2/3 also. She not a daily, all project. So, looks like I'll be buying some suspension parts to get her down to a respectable stance.

I would guess and flip over mono leafs would not be a good idea. So back to factory leafs, flip kit w/ c-notch and 2 in. spindles up front. Then roll the front fender lips.

Re: Question.....

I guess a 2/4.

I like the truck...reminds me of mine could be part of the reason

It will look good lowered down a little more...you going to keep the same wheels?
I am pretty pleased with mine lowered on those same wheels.

Re: Question.....

Thanks Jwall,

The wheels are in perfect condition. I like them alot. Might look at changing out the blk lug caps for chrome caps but keep the blk bow tie centers. The only wheel I would consider dropping a loud of money on would be a 17in Torq Thrust.

Our trucks will look amazingly similar. That's the look I'm going for. I opted to pull all the side molding, but like the look of an OE chrome bumper w/ a blk bump strip. The chrome smoothie looks great too.

With that pic, I'm going to guess 2/3 or 2/4. It gives a better perspective. You could consider adding some shackles and a c-notch and some spindles to get it down. Just a thought.

Do they even make chrome lug covers? I've never seen any.

Great Idea, I have a set of Bell Tech hangers and shackles sitting in the corner.

I don't know. Their plastic but don't require any torque. I'll be looking.

It works. I had a 5/8 drop on my truck for years using shackles, hangers and leafs.
