Re: WTB spotlights for 72 chevy truck

I have a single GM issue spotlight in decent used for $150. *Sold* , or if building a show truck I have an NOS GM accessory pair in the boxes available for $750., I also have a single GM issue Nos in the box available if wanting a single. Here are some pictures of the NOS pair, most people do not realize but take a second and note the GM crest emblems and the short black control handles that were only found on the real GM versions produced by Unity for GM to be sold by dealerships as a GM exclusive accessory. Hi Moses, hows it been going, have you made much progress on that shorty? Since I offered these GM spots FS in 409impala1's WTB thread, its only right to at least let him respond to the thread. If he is not interested in the used original one then no problem, it yours. Check back into the thread or give me a ring in a couple days. Mel

May of worked out great but I doubt they were correct period looking GM pieces, I have well over $800. into that above pictured set with shipping, one was purchased out of Hemmings and the other from E-bay. These GM accessory pieces are not somethng you see come up for sale too often. Mel

On the black handles, there are two different lengths (one is a short sorta ball looking/GM only type and the other is the standard more slender looking longer one). The standard generic issued one is still available as a new replacement part as are the unity badges, check with Unity for availabilty and prices. Mel

I am of no help on that, probably going to have to buy an original GM issued spotlight to use for parts. Mel

Re: WTB spotlights for 72 chevy truck

I have a spotlight id sell if anyone is still interested. It came off of a 69-70. Its all there and it works. Its missing 2 of the 4 clips that hold the bulb in. You can get em thru unity still for $4 bucks plus shipping (3) clips)
