Newbie Survivor
I am new to the forum and here is my Survivor. This is a 1970 C20 Custom Camper. Thanks for this forum. BTW the quadra Jet needs a rebuild and I have forgotten how. Anybody got a online resource with steps?

Welcome to the board. Nice truck with lots of options. Check out Cliff Ruggles or Sean Murphy Induction for your Q-Jet. Best get a new steel pump to carb line or you'll end up with a crispy critter.

Welcome! You have a great truck to start out with and should have lots of fun bringing it back to life. I do agree with Lee, you need to replace that rubber hose between the fuel pump and the carb. Would be a bad thing to burn that truck>

Yea I am going to do just that. With the rebuild ill make a template from a wire hanger my only problem is getting the rounded off line nut at the carburetor.

Sorry another question, is there a sure way to determine valve size in the heads(1.96 or 2.02) also if this a 4bolt block?

What is the CAMPER NAMEPLATE option on the SPID? What all is included in the CUST COMF & EQUIP option?

I am trying to find out all the options, So far Heavy leafs (chevy used coil overs), Tool box/aux battery box, bigger radiator that I figured out so far. I would like to know which 350 this truck has.

Grab some numbers off the engine and heads. We can narrow down what engine you have a little. Casting number on back of block, drivers side by bell housing, Date code on opposite side, on the front of the block there is a small pad with stamped numbers, send them also. No way to tell for sure about 2 or 4 bolt main unless you pull the pan. The head casting numbers under the valve cover.
