Arrow cold air problem

so on our 2000 suburban we have the pasenger cold air problem. my dad looked for the cabin air filter but there wasn't any in it. so how do you fix it? its annoying when we go up to lake of the woods in the winter and you got to put your jacket on the floor to keep your feet warm for the 5 hour drive there.

Re: cold air problem

I don't understand the question, are you getting a draft on the pass. side floor? If so where is it coming from, out of the vent or somewhere else?
