Now that gas tank is removed what next
What does everyone do to the inside corners once the gas tank is removed from inside the cab ? There is gaps in each corner that I was going to weld in some steel to box them in. I will post pics later tonight of how it looks currently.

On my task force I made templates and welded in fillers to match the cab floor. I drilled holes for plug welds to the existing floor and spot welded it to the exterior cab back and corner. I sealed all sides with 3M body seam sealer. I figured out that 25 years of hosing out my cab and the water running down the corners probably contributed to the rust. I left generous drainage holes between the new inner and outer panels so hopefully it will not happen again. If you would like a copy of the templates pm me.
