They are a little dusty, but........

I finally get to make use of my gold-plated NOS bedsides. Next will be the wood floor and NOS tailgate.

Re: They are a little dusty, but........

No you can't do that. You must load them up and bring them to me for I am meant to have them. Ok so I'll meet you half way then.
That's some good stuff right there.

Great find! If they were longbed, I'd give you 2 grand for them. Congrats for getting the real deal.

We started the wood floor. It was not too bad, but I bet the real fun will start when it comes time to square it..........Jason

Re: They are a little dusty, but........

I have a strong feeling that I will spend my new year week-end finishing the bed so we can get it to Jason Hill (our paint guy) who has the rest of the body. At least we are moving forward and we are really looking forward to finishing this truck.

That would be the ultimate NOS score/find.

I bought the sides from Mark (Hotfun) a couple years ago. I think he bought them brand new in1985. They were still in the GM boxes with the metal strips around them.

The headgate and the tubs are very nice OEM

Re: They are a little dusty, but........

But they're so dusty...gross. Truly up there as a find of a lifetime. I'd rank a NOS GMC grill right up there too. Unless it was dusty in which case...no thank you sir!
