Re: Nice one on ebay..not mine!

That sure is a nice truck but I'm surprised the price is that high already. It doesn't have AC, not a CST, not a BB, not frame off, not 4x4. It does have tilt but that may not be original. I'm just not seeing it. Has really nice body and paint but still seems a tad steep

As they say....it's all in what someone is willing to pay. You never know. The highest bidder's deceased grandfather may have had one just like it or it may have been someone's first car that they had to sell and vowed to get another one day.

Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something that made it more valuable. I think all the nice pictures help.

Re: Nice one on ebay..not mine!

nice truck overall....

in regards to the high price...notice the reserve is still not met. Many/most sellers on ebay now realize they can have friends bid their items up to their reserve to help in the sale...It makes the item appear to have lots of interest, and allows them to start with the cheap entry level price and quickly bid it up to just under their asking price.

Looks like it just rolled of the line! Did I just travel thru time? Thats what these should be worth, I honestly cant figure out why theyre not. Seems reasonable to me. Looks like a new truck.

Ah, looks like the front bed crossill is rotted out at the bottom. You can see inside of the crossmember.

good possibility, look at the questions posted lower in the listing. At least one bidder appears to know the seller!

I agree completely. I saw this happen personally. A guy I used to work with would call up friends around the country and have them bid on his items to bump the price. Guy was a real scum bag. I'm glad he quit.

I don't see the value in that truck either. It is nothing special and not original.

Just because the bid is going up that high doesn't mean it is worth the price.
