ebrake can it be done?
I really hate the pull type ebrake handle in our 67 truck. I was wondering is it possible to install a brake assembly from like 72 C10 in a 67 C10 without a headche? Thanks Brandon

The hand brake is nice also if you ever want to add any kind of speaker pods down in your kick panels.

Re: ebrake can it be done?
Yes it can! The PO of my truck just drilled holes in the firewall and installed it. here's a pic.
I can post more pics of the inside of the cab if you want.

Quote:
That is the original square hole is for the 67-68 wiring fusebox. (The middle part was cut out since the PO had a '69 fuseblock and the fusebox had to be rotated 90 degrees.) I'm not sure if the 67-68 fuseblock would work with the pedal e-brake. Dano

It's been years but if I remember right the foot pedal style firewall has added bosses for structural support and strength. And, it falls in the same location as the fuse block on the '67's and '68's, so that needed to move too.
