Hood pins

So i couldn't really find any pics of them, so is there any way 73-80 guy's can post pics of their trucks with hood pins? i just wanna make sure i like it before i do it.

One other suggestion, if you want to be a bit more discrete: you can use Dzus fasteners and paint them body color. They barely show up (at least from a distance).

Theese are NIIICEEEEEE.... but $160 for them is a bit much.

Check out autofab's i got mine at ebay they are just a bit dirty at the moment.

I think they would look good with a cowl hood but not with a stock hood and if you don't have inside hood release you can get some locking ones

I have a set, they were on there when I bought it. I think they look alright. To be honest... unless someone reminds me, i forget they are there. Maybe the PO put them on to stop hood flutter. My S10 was terrible for that.

I installed hood pins since my hood was catching turbulence on the highway and rattling up and down from not having front inner fenders..

No more flutter. The pins keep the hood nice and snug at the corners now.
