Post Anyone know what these axles are worth?

Hey ya'll
Anyone know what a set of 3:08 axles are worth? are they even desireable? they're from a 1980 k-10 chevy, part time with spicer lock outs. You'ins think i might could trade these for a turbo 350 and a t-case?or should I just keep them, and get me a remanufactured trans? My bos (who moon lights at the local parts house)can get me one with a prety decent guarentee for about 400.00My 75 k-5 already has the 203 t-case in it, I'd just need to get the adpter for it. Any ideas? Thanks,
conoverbandit

coming from a 80s k10, they are probably 10bolt axels, not really desirable. depending on your area the set could be worth from 200 to 450 tops from a local yard. a private party may give them away or asks like 50 for both.

my 2 cents...

it all depends on condition. my 80 had a 44 front and 12 bolt rear. any truck up to 87 with a th350 would be running the same set of axles. if they are in good shape (u joints, ball joints, brakes, and dont leak). it is all in finding the right person to buy them. the front axle itself may be worth more in peices. axle shafts and lockouts are compatable with most 1/2 ton and 3/4 10 bolts and dana 44s. thats my $.02
