Plans for My Suburban

For the last few days me and the wife have been tossing ideas around for what we are going to do with the 66 Suburban I got last week.

We are starting with this:

Here is what we have come up with:

First loose the roof rack, the wagon wheels, and probably the trim around the windows.

Then lower the front so that the tops of the wheels are about even with the tops of the wheel well arch. Lower the back so that it sits level. Then some big fat white walls on steelies with baby moons. Paint it cream and rootbear flake 2 tone. Then do the interior something simple and classy.

It would end up something like this:

Re: Plans for My Suburban

That GMC side trim is awesome- if you're not going to use it on your build- remove it VERY carefully- I haven't seen too many suburbans with it and someone will likely buy it from you.

also- same with the roof rack, though if you're not going to use that, I'd be interested in purchasing it from you.

*edit* and actually the side trim as well, now that I think about it.

I like the dark over light color combo.

Re: Plans for My Suburban

So does anyone have any idea of what that roof rack and side trim are worth?
