Factory Rocker and Cab Corner Alignment

Greeting folks. I'm having a bit of difficulty aligning the outer rocker and the cab corner. Was it common for the alignment to be less than perfect out of the factory? Thanks. attatch pics of your factory fit if you can.

Dunno if youre using aftermarket patch panels or not, but I know that my body guy had hell with my cab corner replacement. He had to cut and section it quite a bit in order for it to fit. Or if youre using aftermarket rocker's they dont all fit well either?

I am using an aftermarket corner and did using aftermarket rockers as well. The rockers went on without too much trouble though.

What issues are you having with the Cab Corners?

You have to cut to fit on some applications.

When I align the corner to match the rocker, it wont line up on the back of the cab. I can "force" it but it bows out on the back of the cab.

Just an opinion as I just do not know, but it sounds like it is not squared or aligned properly the way you are describing it. Depending on the sheetmetal it should be an easy fitment from the old one.

If you still have the old cab corner you removed I would try to match it up and then you can tell if they are the same.
