Probably both. I made an offer on Bazookas truck(orange one) he asked for a day to think about it before he accepted , less then an hour after making him the offer I found and I agreed to buy the turquoise one (63 SWB), not wanting to back pedal on my word,I went ahead and bought Bazookas when he called me back the next day. Then last sunday I found the white one full of surface rust which was sitting untouched for 15 years. The nice thing was all three trucks were in Fresno CA so I was able to get one hauler to pick all three up. Looks like I'll be building the rusty truck but you never know, I might change my mind 10 times before I start. I also have an Ls1 a couple of 5.3's a fresh 348, a 540in bbc and a couple of small blocks so I've changed my mind a dozen times on the drivetrains as well. I know one thing, since I sold my 61 Apache a few months ago I've been so ready to start on something.

yep, thats the one. I'll post more pics when the trucks arrive at the end of this week. What I forgot to mention was in my non stop search for the right truck, I bought 3 clean longbeds from Oregon that I was going to pick one to cut down to a shortbed and 3 parts trucks locally just incase I need a big back window for the truck I would choose to build. So once these Cali trucks arrive, that will be 9 63-66 trucks, seems kind of silly to buy so many but each truck was a great value and I'll get to pick and choose the best one and I doubt I'll have a hard time getting my investment back for the one I don't keep.

Re: C10 Transporter

Boris is a good dude, I think it is awesome he is able to make money at it. I wont knock him for that. You got to find what makes the bucks and jump on it. X frames are hard to find now so he is moved on to something that is hot and these trucks are DEFINATELY hot right now.

How nice would it be to receive that shipment, I would be giddy.

damn, if you get sick of looking at all of them you can send that flat black longbed over my way

You're right though, if bought at the right price you should have no problem getting your money back.
