box side marker fill panels?

Hi I have a 67 short fleet im almost done with but before paint i would like to fill the side markers on the box oviously came from a 68 at some point. I thought about leaving them but it gets confusing when people see the 67 fenders, 68 box and large back window. lol

I find myself arguing with people that the vin is a 67 with large window option the box is incorrect. Are there any venders here that make patches for them or maybe an other company anyone knows of?
