Re: Tachometer , any cool ideas?
I have a small 2.5" diameter tach that mounts on the steering column and fits nicely between the fuel gauge and speedo. Don't remember where it came from.

Re: Tachometer , any cool ideas?
Keep the Mex cluster, get a small/medium sized aftermarket tach, column mount it right between the speedo and fuel gauges.
My old 77 Blazer...pic makes it look larger than it is. I could see both gauges behind it just fine. I would try to find a slightly smaller one though for your truck.

mine. Tach/fuel gauge combo and air pressure gauge in lower left are from a medium duty truck.

Re: Tachometer , any cool ideas?
One truck that I had had a small tach that went in the bottom left gauge, where a clock would be or if you had a factory tach, the small fuel gauge. Or like BluBurban's above, where his air gauge is.
Not sure if there is a Harbor Freight near you, but looks like that's where it came from. Kinda hard to see it, but you could watch it some out the corner of your eye..

Re: Tachometer , any cool ideas?
Did you out the Mexican cluster in or did it come in the truck? I find it curious that the cluster is in Spanish and the heat\ac controls and radio are in English. Jay
