Re: Dip stick tube loose...HELP!

Is there a bolt that secures it? If so, check to see that it's tight. Also, it should have an o-ring that fits around the base of the tube and gives it a secure fit to the transmission. What kind of transmission is it?

I have no clue what tranny it is...I believe it's stock. I'm the 3rd owner, just purchased it a week ago for $2400.

Re: Dip stick tube loose...HELP!

There is a tab with a bolt hole welded to the tube. It is secured with one of the engine to trans bolts. It sounds like someone has unbolted it in the past.
