So is the extra length on those only from more rear overhang, or are they a longer wheelbase than a regular carryall/suburban?

That has been for sale for quite a while. I stopped and looked at it a couple years ago when I was in Pinehurst one day, but they wanted considerably more for it back then.

my 1 ton panel van has 10ft from right behind the drivers door to the rear doors,i actually have 2 of em and there both the same length from what i recall 133'' wheel base
if that is of any info/help

Thanks! That's considerably longer than my subs, once I make some further progress on all of my other projects, I'll have to keep an eye out for one of the 1 ton panels.
