Whats my compression ratio?

Hey guys, i was trying to calculate my engine CR and came up with roughly a 12:1. Didnt seem right so i'd figure i ask for some help.
Specs:
350 bored .060
felpro 7733pt2 HG .039 compressed thickness, 4.125 bore
stock 906 vortecs
standard rotating assembly

the block has been decked, just not sure how much...im guessing however much they do on s standard rebuild.
