Friends don't let Friends drive ALONE!!

Thanks for the ride to pick up my beast Blue Thunder! I love all of these classic rig pics and I would love to see more together on the road. I have to admit these 2 looked good together today.

I'm in here in San Antonio Tx. and I found out there a lot of the K5 owners so I'm sure there are even more trucks/suburbans from these years out there. When are we going to get together for a cruise?

You do seem to be in a little K/5 pocket there. And,I am double dern sure if you add trucks and Suburbans you have a large crowd. Your weather ain't so bad to prevent gatherings either.

Yeah I think there are at least 8 K5s from this board that I know of around San Antonio. Probably an additional 5 at least if you head up towards Austin. Lots of trucks as well. Don't run across many suburbans but I know they're out there. Here's a couple pics from a few years ago when some of us met for up for a little BBQ. Problem is THREE of these four are currently torn apart for rebuild/restoration!
