64 Heater Knob and Headlight Switch??

I have the basic heater in my '64 I believe it's called the "Thrift Air." It is the single black round knob that you pull and twist. Well, I don't have one in mine! I can't find it in LMC and don't really know where else to get one. Anyone have any ideas? Or anyone have one layin around they want to send me? I wouldn't really mind if it's used as long as it's not cracked. I also need the "bezel" for the headlight switch that screws into the switch and holds it into the dash. I could send a few bucks for 'em if anyone has this stuff. I hope this isn't breaking any site rules, I'm just at a loss of where to get these things
