How to tell the difference
I was going to look at fenders this week, and the seller has no recollection as to which year he's selling.
I know the 67 has no markers, and the 68 has a different edge than the 69-72. But what is an easy way to distinguish them off the truck just laying in a storage pile? How can I tell immediately which is a 68, and which is a 69-72? Thanks. J.

Re: How to tell the difference
The front edge of the '68s are smooth and 69/72s have a step. The area around the headlight looks finished on a '68 because it shows. On 69/72s that area looks rough and often shows wrinkles.
