Maybe a silly question

Going to install the front sway bar today. Doing the springs, spindles, etc I used the frame but that would be in the way for today's job. Is it okay to use jack stands under the a-arm shafts? If not, where's the best place to support? Thanks.

i'd go under the rear lip of the aarm as far out as possible
