Re: Funny story

I've heard of gull wing doors that rise up like gull's wings. Maybe those are lizard tail doors that come off when you pull on them

Re: Funny story

LOL, that reminds me of a 66 Ford I looked at about 20 years ago ( I know, I know, but I was younger and dumber). It looked pretty good when I stopped at the car lot it was sitting on, it was a Sunday afternoon and nobody was around. I popped the hood and was surprised by a 460 BB. I was pretty cool, I'm gonna have to come back and talk to the guy that owns the lot. As I shut the hood, the support where the hinges bolt too broke off from being rusted. I told my wife, get back in the car, we've never been here! LOL!

Re: Funny story

When my wife was looking for a new car, we test drove a new V6 Camaro. She went to adjust the rear view mirror right after leaving the dealers lot. The mirror on this new <25 mile Camaro came off in her hand. She's like trying to put it back on while going down the road. I'm just shaking my head. Sadly, she decided on a new Mustang. That was years ago, 1999, 2000 or so. So it ain't just the old cars.
