'69/'72 Bucket Seat Question?
What went behind the seats to cover the gas tank from the factory? I know there were some screws involved- any pics would be helpful. Thanks Jim

Re: '69/'72 Bucket Seat Question?
Matching loop carpeting, that also matched the floor in color covered the gas tank.

So there's a metal strip to hold the carpet? All bucket seat optioned trucks had carpet- no rubber mats?

Re: '69/'72 Bucket Seat Question?
IIRC, In 71/72 (not sure about 69/70) anything but Custom Deluxe could have buckets. I believe that's what I read in the '71 dealer data book I have. I have never seen a Custom with buckets that I can recall. If there are any, maybe just the cardboard tank cover was added?
