Re: Got a 67'
OMG! Did you say cut it down to a short wheel base? That's sacrilege in these parts.
Looks like a good solid start to a fun project. Keep the pics coming in.

Re: Got a 67'
Save the Longbeds!!!!!! That's a nice looking start for a project! Those hubcaps are sweet, they'll look even better after it's lowered. What color are you going to spray the rims?

Got the interior painted back to original color.
Also cleaned up the engine compartment a little. Should be on the road soon!

Re: Got a 67'
I notice your sig says 1967 chevy SWB does that mean you cut it down to a short frame? I like both short/long. Just curious cause it does look cool the way it is.

Re: Got a 67'
I sold the original wheels and caps (for 200.00)at the auto swap meet back in august. The caps were very dented up and had splits on the insides. Plus, the original wheel will not work with disk brakes.

Re: Got a 67'
Got the cab done with fatmat. It only took one roll (50sqft)to do the whole cab and doors. I removed gas tank and did back of cab also. Fatmat was very easy to use and install. Now I've got an extra 50sqft of fatmat left over. Time to do the 77' next.

Re: Got a 67'
Got everything ordered from Early Classic last week. The trailing arm reinforcement kit was discontinued by them so i made my own. I had a local metal shop sheer me all the metal in 1/8". Time to start welding....
