Headlights Shorting Out - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Ok for some reason all of a sudden my headlights are flickering badly. This is whats been done so far
New Headlight switch
New dimmer Switch
The truck never had this problem until after I got it back from the paint shop. Could they have done something to the wiring while having the interior out? Anyone else ran across this problem? i also installed the Midnight Moose Conversion kit but not sure if thats the problem becasue I hooked a regular sealed light up and it still doing it.
