5.3 exhaust manifolds

I set a 5.3 in my 53 frame today and the passenger side I could make work but the driver side comes out right on top of the frame rail.The motor is out of a 01 pickup.

I had the same problem. I bought headers. You can get a set of car manifolds, that will work also. and welcome to the site.

I have a lq4 6.0 in my 52 and went with a set of Hooker block hugger headers. Someone has a new set cheep over on ls1tech.com.

Corvette LS1 manifolds tuck in pretty nice like block huggers.

The Vet manifolds also work good when going with a twin turbo set up.
